Global Shipping
Our products can be shipped all over the world.
Domestic (Germany): €5.99 per order, free for orders above €80.
International (EU): €14.99 per order, free for orders above €80.
International (non-EU): Calculated individually at checkout.
(shipping fees are inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Delivery Periods
Unless otherwise specified, domestic deliveries (Germany) should arrive within 2 - 5 business days, deliveries abroad (EU) within 4 - 7 business days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed, from the date of the payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
An exception to this rule are pre-order items in your order. In this case, we will deliver your available items regularly and ship the pre-order items to the agreed shipping start date.
Where do you ship your products?
Le Voá products can be shipped worldwide. Please contact us directly if you would like to ship Le Voá products to countries outside the EU and we will find an individual solution for you: contact@le-voa.com
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your package will arrive within 3 - 5 business days* or 5 - 7 business days after processing. If there should a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.
*This applies to deliveries to Germany and **EU countries. We will coordinate delivery times for countries outside the EU and information about calculating the delivery date with you individually.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). If your shipment does not arrive or you have any problems, please send an email to contact@le-voa.com and we will help you resolve your issue.
Payment Methods
